No site visit. No interruptions. We use our extensive job experience to predetermine the depreciation of your assets on your property.

Basic Enhanced Study

No site visit required. We use pictures, contract records, and/or copies of blueprints to conduct a detailed engineer study of your property.

 

• Includes properties that cost an excess of $1 Million or over in acquisition.
• Precise and accurate - IRS approved.
• Without a site visit, we rely on photos and contract data to perform analyses of the propert.

Signature Platinum Study

We set up a convenient appointment time for a site visit with you. We will inspect the grounds, take photos, and collect any blueprints that are available. A detailed engineered cost segregation study, report, and analyses will then be performed and later sent to you or your CPA's office.
